DetailsThis wine is made of 70% Chardonnay 24% Chenin Blanc and 6% Semillon. The Chardonnay and Semillon grapes were harvested in the Lower Galilee area. The Chenin Blanc was harvested from mature vines in Kohav HaShahar at the Jerusalem Mountains, The wine has a golden green color with hints of pear, white peach, citrus, passion fruit, roasted nuts, papaya and oak. It has a full complex body and long fresh finish.
