Our Shiraz matures gently in the warm days and cool nights in the Judean Mountains surrounding Jerusalem, close to maritime breeze coming straight from the Israeli coastal plain. This ideal climate allows fruit to reach its full potential, offering fresh, crisp and fruity flavors and shades of tropical aromas. This French style Rose’ was fermented from selected Shiraz vineyards.
