LiquorsGalore.com: Delivery & Shipping

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by email. Depending on your location, the delivery and shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 business days additional in transit. We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to accommodate the Customer in any way.

Shipping and handling rates include the cost of cardboard boxes and foam inserts to insulate and protect your liquors, plus labor and all charges levied by carriers.

Signature Policy

If you order from us you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the recipient is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be REQUIRED upon liquor delivery. Title to all items you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant liquor shipping laws in your state.

Shipping Domestic State Restrictions

Currently LiquorsGalore does NOT ship to: Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Utah.

Delivery Attempt

It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery of whiskey or spirits for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made for your order. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time of liquor. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to LiquorsGalore.com. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling of spirits and whiskey, regardless of whether the order has been canceled.

Refund and Return Policy

No cash refunds only if merchandise is defective in quality.  The State Liquor Authority authorizes stores to accept the return of liquor or wine only if item is defective.
