If I place an order today, how long will the order take to be delivered?
whiskey requires a longer ship-out time. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by email. Depending on your location, the shipment can take anywhere from 3-5 business days additional in transit. We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to accommodate the customer in any way.
What is the status of my order?
You can securely login to your account using your email ID and password. Once logged in your account on LiquorsGalore.com, please click on 'My Account' on the top right hand corner of the website. Click on the corresponding order number to see the updated status. You should see an updated status every time your order progresses through our warehouse.
Can you ship internationally?
No. For now we only ship domestic.
Can you ship to my state within the United States?
We ship to all United States except: Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Utah.
What will be my shipping cost?
To get the exact shipping cost, please add the number of items you would like to purchase into your shopping cart, plug in your zip code in the United States and calculate. The shipping charge calculator in the shopping cart will only work for zip codes within the United States.
Do you ship to a business or a P.O. /A.P.O. /F.P.O. Box?
We ship to all business and residential addresses, but we DO NOT ship to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. Boxes. However, we recommend shipping to a business address where an adult will be available to sign for the package.
Is it cheaper to ship my order to a business address instead of residential?
Yes, in most cases we encourage our customers to use business addresses when possible as you do not get charged the residential fee by UPS of approximately $2.00.
What happens if no adult is available to accept the shipment?
After the 3rd consecutive attempt by UPS, the entire shipment will be returned back to us and the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
Can you re-route the package once it's shipped?
Yes. UPS will only re-route a package once to another address within the same state for a charge of $13.00.

Is it okay to ship wine in extreme heat or cold?
Not really. Therefore, we recommend using express services for states past the mid-west to avoid longer durations of heat or cold.
My package was broken in transit, what can I do now?
Though it is very rare that a package will be broken, sometimes the unexpected can happen. No need to worry, we will send out a fresh new shipment out to you right away, or fully refund your order including all shipping charges. We will take care of the broken package and discard it once it arrives back to our warehouse.
Are your packages insured if it gets lost?
Yes, we insure all our packages to cover our customers. We take the headache out of shopping from our website so you don't have to worry about your shipments.
If I ship an order as a gift, will they receive an invoice in the box?
No, your gift recipient will only get the Gift Message card along with that special gift from you in their shipment.
Can you hold the shipment till a specific date?
Yes, you can input a shipping date in the Shipping Instructions box during the check-out process and we can hold your order up to 1 month.
Do I have to buy a full case, or can I order any amount of bottles?
You can purchase any quantity of bottles from our website. No limitations. However, to take advantage of maximum savings, we encourage our customers to purchase a full case.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover. PayPal and GoogleCheckout.
Will I get charged tax on my order?
If the order is shipping outside of New York, then there is NO tax. If the order is shipping within New York, then there will be a tax charge applied to your order automatically.
Can I add items to my pre-exiting order?
Yes, you can only add items to your order by contacting customer service.
